| The BCEDC has hosted the Baca County Youth Entrepreneurship Fair (YEF) since 2007 in efforts to get youth of Baca County thinking about business as a way to live in a rural community. The steps are easy! 1. Complete a simple business Plan Get Application Here 2. Email your application by April 8, 2011 to director@bacacountyedc.com 3. Put together a backboard displaying your business for the public 4.
