The leadership pillar focuses on reversing the trend of eroding leadership capacity in the
community, and equipping volunteers with the skills that they need to feel confident in the
capacity of a leadership role. It also works to build the number of confident leaders in the
county so that not all volunteer programs fall to the few same people
