Youth
The youth pillar supports youth and adults in the community working together to create greater
opportunities for young people to stay or return to Baca County.  It helps young people consider the
options of creating their own business and career opportunities by participating in entrepreneurship
training.  A youth program would also help build leadership training.  The youth pillar also helps to
build leadership skills and a sense of heritage in the young people of the community so that they are
proud to live in Baca County.
